Postural tachycardia syndrome frequently, or POTS, leads to a variety of symptoms, amongst right-sided rib pain. This pain is usually felt on the chest wall and aggravates when standing. Despite POTS itself doesn't directly affect the ribs, several factors factor in to this discomforting sensation. Those factors may involve muscle tension.
